driver's license
A foreigner residing in Poland for more than 185 days must exchange their national driver's license for a Polish one.
When applying for a replacement driver's license, a valid license is not withdrawn - it can be used while the application is being processed. The processing time is 2-3 months. The foreigner receives notification of the day and time of the visit to the city administration to obtain a Polish driver's license. The previous license shall be withdrawn.
Citizens of Ukraine and other CIS countries, replacing the national license to Polish, do not pass the theoretical and practical exams.

The insurance company will take advantage of the fact that the driver's license has not been changed and as a result, they can simply refuse to pay the insurance, under the pretext that by law the foreigner had no right to operate a vehicle in Poland.

This Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of the User's personal data collected in connection with the User's use of the Website and the storage and access to information on the User's devices, used to perform services provided electronically

"Third party" means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data.
"Consent" of a data subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of a data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.
"Personal data breach" means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure of or unauthorized access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.
"Cookies" - means computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices through which the User makes use the websites of the Service.

Purpose of personal data processing:
Your personal data collected in the form will be processed in order to carry out legalization of your stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the scope of data given in Article 13 of the Act on Foreigners of December 12, 2013. (Journal of Laws 2013 item 1650), the legal basis for the processing is your consent - (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment within the framework of the data controller's own job offers, the legal basis for data processing, indicated in the provisions of the Labor Code and the Civil Code, is the establishment and implementation of the contract - (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of employment within the framework of the controller's own recruitment efforts (the legal basis is Article 22(1) of the Labor Code and Article 734 of the Civil Code).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of exercising your rights (the legal basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest - Article 6(1)(f), RODO).
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending marketing content, the legal basis for processing is your consent - (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
If you have consented to the processing of personal data in the form of cookies for personalization, remembering by the site your preferences and settings, i.e.: login and password, IP address, date, time of login. The basis for processing will be Article 173, Telecommunications Law. Your personal data will be stored until you revoke your consent.
Your personal data will be shared with third parties in order to provide Migrant Expert with support services, including, in particular: accounting, legal, debt collection, IT services, whereby the appointed entities will process your data on the basis of concluded agreements and only at its documented instruction.

§ 3
Types of Cookies
Cookies used by the Controller are safe for the User's Device. In particular, by this means it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to get into the Devices of Users. These files allow identify the software used by the User and customize the Service individually for each User in accordance with the contract. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.
Controller uses two types of cookies:
Session cookies: stored on the User's Device and remain there until the session of the respective browser ends. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device;

Controller uses proprietary cookies for the correct configuration of the site, and in particular to:
adapt the content of the Website's pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website's pages;
