Services include advisory and support related to legalization of residence and employment of foreigners in Poland.<br \/>2. The detailed scope of services is defined in the individual agreement or offer.<br \/>3. The Service Provider does not guarantee a positive administrative decision.<\/p><p><strong>III. CONCLUSION OF ONLINE AGREEMENT<\/strong><br \/>1. The agreement may be concluded electronically.<br \/>2. The service shall commence after payment.<br \/>3. The Client is obliged to provide accurate data.<\/p><p><strong>IV. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMER)<\/strong><br \/>1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<br \/>2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after conclusion of the contract.<br \/>3. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed with the consumer\u2019s prior consent.<\/p><p><strong>V. PAYMENTS<\/strong><br \/>1. Prices are stated in PLN or EUR.<br \/>2. Payments are made via bank transfer.<br \/>3. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the service.<\/p><p><strong>VI. LIABILITY<\/strong><br \/>The Service Provider is liable only for proper performance in accordance with the law.<\/p><p><strong>VII. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><br \/>1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.<br \/>2. Disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider\u2019s registered office.<br \/>3.
